What people don’t know about making money online

How it is to be financially free? You watched on YouTube, read on an article, saw in social media, that great life, awesome cars, large houses of “someone” is because they are doing online business, eCommerce or an Affiliate Marketer?

But how it is really to have an online business? To be an affiliate marketer? To have an eCommerce business?

Being a “newbie” in this online world, it is not that easy, like what you watch on YouTube or read in an article.

As a beginner, it’s not easy to be an affiliate marketer.

They said, and what most people advise you, doesn’t matter where the platform, they always teach you to- go sign up to any affiliate market website. Get your link. And boom!! Congratulation!!!

You now have your affiliate link.

But what they did not tell you really is, how you can make money on that link.

As a beginner, we don’t have enough resources to a lot of things. Especially in financial matters.

What if you are unemployed? Are you going to go ask someone, your family, your friends for some money?

You are not skeptical, but the person that you are trying to borrow money? Aren’t they feel skeptical about you? About what you want to do in your life?

We cannot just go to buy a domain and hosting to have a website where we can promote that link.

You cannot just risk your savings. I know business is a RISK.

How about on YouTube? What if you can’t even face the camera? Go and just grab Creative Commons’ video?

I know there’s a lot of aspiring affiliate marketer out there.

What you can only do is do some surveys. Even surveys, there’s a lot of YouTuber tell you that you can earn $100, $200 per month just by answering surveys!!!

Well, truth is, NO.

I have been answering surveys for a long time, just to get something on the side. But not every survey you answer gives you $10 instantly. What if you did not pass the “looong” pre-qualification question? Then you end up earning $0!!!

I know a lot of people who will read this, I know you will react to this. I don’t care if it’s negative. This is based on what I experienced. Because not all of us have enough resources. Money comes to others just like that. But in my case, it’s not. There’s no one out there that really teach you n how they really do it. You have to enroll in or attend their training.

And I know I am not the only one.

I am an affiliate marketer for quite some time now. And I follow all the things I learned on YouTube.

Free traffic. Yes. It helps. It helps to scale your CLICK stats!!!

There’s this scenario happened to me one time. I reached out to this guy, I know he's legit, but I reached to him and said, “Hey, I know this sounds crazy but, I want to work with you for free, just teach me on how to make money online. I know I know nothing but I am willing to try.”

And after a few days, I got a response from this guy. I am so excited.

He said that it’s great and it’s a good start for me. He asks me some things and said that it was ok. Said that I am one client away from landing my first client. And said that they can “totally “help me. I thought that He really is going to help me. And said that they can help me in just 90 days.

He started to send me a link, thought that it was the start for me to learn. So, I watched it. Then hit him back and told him, Yeah, I’m ok with that.

And then suddenly, all my hopes and dreams, just collapse, just like that.

Want to know why? Because, right from the start, I made it clear that I have nothing. That all I have left in my savings is $23. That I can’t pay any pieces of training that’s why I offer a free service for him!!!

This is what he told me. “What if we did it only for $197 today?”

And I’m like, whhaaaat???!!!

He said you can borrow money from your friends and relatives, or even better find a partner to share the money with??

Is this dude for real? Or is that what most of the gurus always advise if someone wat to learn from them?

See, the thing here is, if you really want to learn the strategies of the successful online marketer or entrepreneur, you have to invest. I know, I understand that they also been in ups and downs, that’s why it’s too expensive. But, aren’t they also came from scratch? Don’t they understand if someone really does not have money to start with?

Well, I guess this is how the world works. I will continue to be an affiliate marketer. I will continue to use free traffic until I make my first sale. Then use that money to scale up this business. It may not be today, but I know, time will come that I will be successful. And if that time comes, I’ll make it sure that I will not be going let someone experience what I’ve been through. I make sure that I can help someone, that I can share my knowledge, my skills, for them to be successful in life.
